Introducing the EBS 250 HandJet®, the world’s first
100% mobile ink-jet printer. With its patented printing technology, this
revolutionary printer replaces messy hand marking methods (stencils,
stamps and roller coders) which are costly and labor intensive. The EBS
250 is battery operated - no ink cables or power cords are needed in
operation. The printer’s internal memory holds thousands of characters
in muti-line message sets. It prints date codes, sequential numbers and
variable information including lot numbers, flavors, sizes, etc. Print
messages are entered in a laptop or PC with the easy-to-use Windows
software, then transmitted wirelessly to the printer and stored until
needed.
The EBS 250 marks many types of materials including,
metal, glass, plastic, stretch-wrap films, concrete, wood and
corrugated. Ink in several formulations is available matched to the
particular material requirement. Each ink cartridge holds enough ink to
print up to 100,000 characters. The integrated shaft encoder assures
high quality marks regardless of the speed of motion or direction of
print. Legible marks can be made even rough or irregular surfaces.
